Over the past few years, we’ve often described Fracture Labs as a game studio building Decimated.

But that’s only part of the story.

What we’ve really been building is something much broader — a scalable approach to creating persistent open-world games.

After 5+ years of development, a $4.1M raise in 2021 (from $34M+ in investor interest), and growing our team to 36+ developers, it’s become clear that the real value isn’t just in a single title.

It’s in the systems behind it.

Decimated is our first proof-of-execution — but under the hood, we’ve been developing reusable infrastructure for large-scale worlds, multiplayer systems, and live-service gameplay that can be applied across multiple games.

The traditional model of spending 5–8 years building one open-world game is high risk and difficult to scale.

We believe there’s a better way.

Our focus now is on evolving Fracture Labs into a platform capable of launching multiple persistent worlds — faster, more efficiently, and with significantly lower risk.

Reach out if you are building open world games or metaverses and save your team years of time, budget and technical challenge.
